Orca Captures-a talk with scientist and author Howard Garrett

Out of the 45 captured in the '60s and '70s, only one, "Lolita," is alive today. We'll talk to Howard Garrett of the Free Lolita Campaign and Orca Network about the ongoing efforts to bring Lolita home to the waters of Puget Sound.
